Every journey has moments when the road becomes difficult.

For many single mothers, that journey is marked by unexpected detours, overwhelming responsibilities, heartbreak, uncertainty, and seasons of simply trying to survive. The weight of walking alone can leave even the strongest woman exhausted and wondering if she has the strength to take another step.

Throughout history, a way station was a place where weary travelers could stop to rest, receive what they needed, and prepare for the road ahead. Way Station Ministries was founded on that same purpose.

We are a Christ-centered nonprofit organization serving single mothers throughout the Twin Cities by providing biblical guidance, compassionate mentoring, practical support, and a community where women are seen, valued, and never have to walk alone.

We believe every woman is deeply loved by God, created with purpose, and worthy of hope. No matter what the past holds, Jesus offers redemption, healing, and a new beginning. Our desire is to create a safe place where women can encounter God's truth, renew their minds, discover their identity in Christ, and step confidently into the life He has prepared for them.

Because every journey needs a place to pause, heal, and rise.
